The City of Pickens Utility Office is your one stop shop for water service, sewer and sanitation (trash pick up). You can make payments online, through bank drafts or in the office.

The Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for 2024 is now available and offers a transparent view of the quality of the water delivered to residents of Pickens. This report outlines everything you need to know—from the source of your water to detection of contaminants and how we comply with state and federal standards.
Pay your utility bill with a credit or debit card or an eCheck/ACH from your bank account. To pay online, visit our online billing platform.
First time users will need to create a new profile. After you log into your online profile, you can access your Pickens utility account(s) and make payments and view your billing and payment history. To add an account to your profile, you will need your service address (in the same exact format as printed on your utility bill) and your account number which can be found on your utility bill. Soon you will be able to sign-up for paperless billing; watch your future utility bills for instructions.
