The City of Pickens Parks & Recreation Department is seeking sealed bids from qualified HVAC contractors for the replacement of two 20-ton HVAC units at the Pickens Recreation Center.

The project includes removal and disposal of the existing units, installation of new units, all necessary electrical, ductwork, controls, refrigerant connections, testing, commissioning, permits, labor, materials, and cleanup.
