Participants will prepare a delicious zucchini relish featuring oven-roasted mild peppers, garlic, onions, and a blend of savory spices, while also creating a jar of Gardenia Pickled Italian Vegetables.

This class will cover ingredient preparation, safe canning practices, proper processing techniques, and tips for creating flavorful homemade preserves. Whether you’re new to canning or looking to expand your skills, you’ll leave with practical knowledge and delicious creations to enjoy at home.
