🌨 What to Expect in Pickens:
• Snow developing late this afternoon into tonight
• Storm total snowfall: 4–6 inches possible
• Snow may continue into early Saturday morning before tapering off
• Very cold and windy conditions, especially after the snow ends
• Snow will quickly stick to roads and bridges, even at lighter amounts
• Blowing snow and reduced visibility may create dangerous travel conditions
⚠️ Important Notes:
• Snowfall ratios will be unusually high, meaning roads could become hazardous very quickly
• Conditions may vary, and some areas could see higher localized totals
• Travel could become difficult to dangerous, especially overnight and early Saturday
🚗 Please Plan Ahead
• Avoid unnecessary travel once snow begins
• Use extreme caution if you must be on the roads

We will continue to share updates as conditions evolve. Please stay safe, stay warm, and look out for one another. 💙❄️
