📢 We’re Looking for a New Member for the Board of Architectural Review! 🏛️

The Board of Architectural Review plays an important role in keeping Pickens beautiful by overseeing façade improvements, sign applications, and the preservation of the unique character in our Gateway Overlay Districts and City Center Overlay District.

Members help ensure our zoning ordinance is upheld, reviewing projects that shape the look and feel of our community. Most applications are reviewed via email, but the Board meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:00 PM as needed for variance requests and special situations.
